Back in 1999, while camping in the rugged Pacific Northwest, we searched for a natural salve that could handle everything from scrapes and insect bites to dry skin and rashes. When we couldn’t find what we were looking for, we made it ourselves. That healing salve became the heart of our company—and it’s still a customer favorite today.
What started as a passion project quickly became something more. Friends, family, and then complete strangers began sharing their incredible results—stories of comfort, healing, and skin that finally felt like theirs again. Inspired, we expanded our line, keeping our standards just as high as that first small batch.

This baby was born back in 1999 when we were on the hunt for a natural, do-it-all salve for those pesky cuts and scrapes during camping trips. But guess what? In 2000, we started sharing our Healing Salve with friends and family, and the feedback was mind-blowing. People from all over the country reached out to us with their "Owie Stories" (love that name!). They were experiencing miraculous recoveries from dry skin, eczema, rashes, insect bites, cuts, scrapes, and even diaper rash. Talk about some serious healing power! Fast forward to 2004, and we've expanded our product range. We've put together several lines of products that we wholeheartedly believe in and personally use. We wouldn't sell anything that we don't stand behind 100%. Now, here's the deal: we don't mess around when it comes to testing our products. We're all about being cruelty-free, so we only test on ourselves. No animals were harmed in the making (or testing) of our products.
