Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns. We will not give refunds unless damage occurs during shipping. Notify us in case of product damage and return the product withing 30 days of receiving it and we will be happy to replace or refund. If you are unsatisfied in some other way with our products please contact us and we will try and make it better! If you are not satisfied with the scent or product Rainwater Botanicals will not replace or refund on this basis.
